New Parent REGISTRATION Form

Once parents decide to enroll their child, an email will be sent with a registration form to complete, along with a link to download the required forms (contract, parent handbook, and additional documents) which need to be signed and returned. Forms can be completed online and signed electronically without downloading (unless a printed copy is preferred).

Once you’ve completed the initial steps of registering/enrolling your child, the next step is to complete the required parent forms. The three sets of forms will include 1) Cuddle Kiddies contract, 2) Parent Handbook, and 3) various additional forms.

USING THE PARENT/TEACHER PROCARE APP ON YOUR SMARTPHONE

Dear Parents,

We know how important it is to stay up to date on your child’s learning journey, which is why we’re excited to offer you access to Procare Solutions’ best-in-class parent app.

What Can I See on the App?

Once you download the Procare mobile app, you can stay up to date on your child’s daily activities, milestones, and more! We can send you photos and videos of your child, as well as keep you in the loop on upcoming events and time-sensitive information.

The app also offers several “contactless” ways to check your child in and out. This helps us limit in-person interactions and unnecessary foot traffic in the center so we can better ensure the health and well-being of you, your children, and our staff.

How do I get the app?

You will receive an email from Procare with a unique 10-digit code and instructions on how to download and log into the app.

Portfolio

We can now create a portfolio containing pictures taken throughout the day. These pictures will be available for you to download, share, print, or link to Facebook.

HOW TO MAKE TUITION PAYMENTS ONLINE

Tuition payments due every Monday by 6pm to avoid a $25 late fee. Cuddle Kiddies is pleased to offer MyProcare, a free online portal for you to access account information and easily pay tuitions online. MyProcare is safe, secure, and created with your convenience in mind.  This portal can be easily accessed from your smartphone and e-pads as well as your home computer.

Log in today!

1. Click here to log in and access your online account.

2. Enter your email address (must use the email you have on file with Cuddle Kiddies) and choose Go.

3. Enter the confirmation code sent to your email, choose a password, and press Go.

HOW TO SET-UP AUTOMATIC TUITION PAYMENT DEDUCTIONS

1. Download the Tuition Express Form.

2. Complete the form (choosing credit card or checking payment option)

3. Email, Fax or Drop-off completed form at the Childcare. Email: chill@cuddlekiddies.com    Fax: (317) 614-7272

Tuition payments will be deducted automatically from your account each Monday by 6pm.  Parents must contact the Director no later than Monday, 6pm, if there should be a delay in processing.

HOW TO PAY $100 WAITING LIST DEPOSIT

By paying the $100 deposit while on the waiting list, you moved to a priority position on our waiting list - moving you closer to the top.
